1. Returns policy
1.1 Returns procedure
- Notice: To request a product return, contact us at alo@audioguestbook.md. We will give you more information about the returns procedure.
- Immediate return: Products are returned under the terms set out in the rental contract. The product can be returned right after use.
- Rental period: The rental is for 2, 4 or 6 hours, as set out in the contract. When the rental period ends, the product must be returned following the stated procedure.
- Phone pickup: EM Global Enterprise will pick up the phone to extract the recordings and deliver them as set out in the contract. If the product is faulty, the amount paid under the contract will not be refunded and the deposit will not be returned. If the device can be repaired and the client agrees, EM Global will get back with an answer.
1.2 Exceptions
- Faulty products: If the product is faulty, the amount paid is not refunded and the deposit is not returned, as set out in the contract. EM Global Enterprise will pick up the phone to extract the necessary recordings and deliver them as set out in the contract. If the device can be repaired and the client agrees, EM Global will get back with an answer.
- Damaged products: Products damaged through the client's fault are not eligible for return or refund. Damage caused by improper use is not covered by our returns policy.
1.3 Faulty products or wrong delivery
- Faulty products: If you received a faulty product, contact us right away at alo@audioguestbook.md and send proof of the fault. EM Global Enterprise will pick up the phone to extract the recordings and deliver them as set out in the contract. If the device can be repaired and the client agrees, EM Global will get back with an answer.
- Wrong delivery: If you received a different product from the one you ordered, contact us at alo@audioguestbook.md to arrange the return and delivery of the correct product.
2. Conditions of use
2.1 Registration and account
- Registration: To use some features of our site, you may need to create an account. Registration details must be complete and accurate.
- Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be handled in line with the Privacy Policy.
2.2 Use of services
- User responsibility: Users are responsible for the correct and lawful use of our products and services.
- Prohibitions: You may not use our products and services for illegal or unauthorized activities.
2.3 Changes and termination
- Changes to services: We reserve the right to change or suspend our services at any time. We will notify you of any important changes.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of users who do not follow our terms and conditions.
2.4 Limitation of liability
- Liability: EM Global Enterprise SRL will not be liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of our products and services, to the extent permitted by law.
2.5 Governing law
- Governing law: These conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be settled under Moldovan law.

This page may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to check the Returns Policy and Conditions regularly for any changes. Changes will be published on this page, and the date of the last change will be shown at the end of it.
