What is an audio guestbook
It is a guest book where guests talk instead of writing. They pick up the handset, hear a greeting message, wait for the beep and say what they want to say. When they hang up, the message is saved on the card inside the telephone.
We rent it for weddings, christenings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events, in Chisinau and the rest of Moldova.

What you get when you rent

- A greeting message in your own voice. Send us the recording as an .mp3 at least 3 days before; a WhatsApp voice message is enough.
- Printed instructions next to the telephone, so every guest knows what to do.
- Unlimited messages from guests.
- Technical support during the event.
- All the recordings on a USB stick, at the end of the rental or within 1 to 5 working days.
We need just one thing from you: a set spot in the room for the telephone, easy for guests to find.

How much the rental costs in Chisinau

The minimum booking is 2 hours. Each extra hour costs 75 €. Delivery is free within Chisinau, and outside the city it costs 150 to 200 MDL. The details of each package are on the prices and packages page.

Booking
How to book
- Send your request through the booking form. We reply within one hour.
- We confirm whether the date is free.
- You send us a copy of your ID on WhatsApp or by email.
- You get the contract and the deposit invoice.
- You sign the contract, pay the 300 € deposit and the booking is confirmed.

Questions about the rental
1. Do you deliver the audio guestbook outside Chisinau too?
Yes, across all of Moldova. Delivery is free within Chisinau. Outside the city it costs between 150 and 200 MDL, depending on distance.
2. Who sets up the telephone at the restaurant?
We do. We bring the telephone, set it up wherever you show us, leave printed instructions next to it and collect it after the event.
3. How many messages can guests record?
As many as they like. No package limits the number of messages.
4. How is the booking confirmed?
With a contract and a 300 € deposit. After you send the request, we confirm the date, you get the contract and the deposit invoice, and once you pay, the booking is yours.
