1. What is an Audio GuestBook?
An Audio GuestBook is a vintage device that lets guests record audio messages and leave special memories at your event. It is available for rent and adds elegance and a personal touch to the event.
2. How does the Audio GuestBook rental work?
We rent out the Audio GuestBook. After you place your order, we deliver the vintage phone to your event venue and take care of everything, including setup and pickup. No license is needed to use it.
3. What do I need to do to rent an Audio GuestBook?
You can book online through our website. Fill in the booking form and choose the date and venue of your event. You will receive a confirmation and detailed instructions for use.
4. How long can I keep the Audio GuestBook?
Rental packages are 2, 4 or 6 hours: Esențial (175 €), Standard (250 €) and Premium (400 €). If you need more time, you can add extra hours at 75 € per hour.
5. What does the Audio GuestBook rental include?
The rental includes delivery, setup and pickup of the device, plus technical support during the event. Delivery is free within Chisinau; outside Chisinau it costs 150-200 MDL.
6. Does the Audio GuestBook come with instructions?
Yes, we provide detailed instructions for using the device. We also offer technical help if you have questions or problems.
7. Can I listen to the recorded messages after the event?
Yes, all recorded messages are saved on a USB stick, which we give you right after the rental ends or, if you prefer, within 1-5 working days. This way you can listen to and keep the memories as part of your personal collection.
8. How do delivery and pickup of the Audio GuestBook work?
We deliver and set up the Audio GuestBook at your event venue. After the event, we pick up the device on the agreed date. Our team handles everything, so it is stress-free for you.
9. What happens if the device breaks during the event?
If technical problems come up, our team is available for immediate help and makes sure any issue is fixed as quickly as possible, so it does not affect the event. If guests damage the device, the 300 € deposit is kept to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
10. Are there hidden fees for renting the Audio GuestBook?
No, there are no hidden fees. The rental price includes delivery, setup and pickup, and delivery is free within Chisinau. You only pay extra for delivery outside Chisinau (150-200 MDL) and for extra hours, if you choose them (75 € per hour). However, if guests damage the device, the 300€ deposit is kept, plus the payment for the event, to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
11. What is the 300€ I leave for the booking?
The 300€ is an advance payment, also known as a "deposit", that secures the device for your event. If guests damage the device, this deposit is kept to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
12. How is an Audio GuestBook order finalized?
Every order is finalized with a contract. After you place the order, we check the details and send the personal details. The contract is signed electronically to confirm the booking and the terms of service.
